Remember that the EURES portal offers objective information about the labor market in different European countries. The active support of the EURES network includes a review of the conditions of job offers and types of contracts before their publication. Furthermore, we recommend using the EURES portal for people seeking employment in other countries of the European Union to find out about the rights, obligations, and working conditions in each of the countries. This information is also published on the EURES Spain website, in the useful information section.
In any case, keep in mind that job offers, whether published through the EURES portal or not, must ALWAYS meet the following requirements:
- Job offers and contracts will have to clearly specify the number of weekly (or monthly) hours, the gross salary for different age groups, and the location of the work.
- Both parties must sign the employment contract.
- The minimum number of working hours must guarantee a sufficient salary to live in the corresponding country.
